Frequently Asked Questions
- Does InspectorBinder guarantee compliance?
- No software can guarantee compliance as regulations change and interpretations vary. InspectorBinder provides the tools to organize, track, and demonstrate your documentation, but the responsibility for meeting local laws remains with you.
- Can I use it nationwide?
- Yes. InspectorBinder is designed to track permit and document expirations for any jurisdiction in the United States.
- Can I share documents with an inspector?
- Absolutely. Our "Inspector Mode" generates a secure, read-only link that you can share via a QR code or email. Inspectors do not need to download an app or create an account.
- Do you support food trucks?
- Yes! Food trucks often have even more complex permitting requirements across multiple cities. InspectorBinder is perfect for keeping that organized.
- Can I add multiple locations?
- Yes. Our Team and Multi-Site plans allow you to manage multiple locations from a single dashboard.
- How do reminders work?
- You set the expiration date for a document, and we will send you email notifications 60, 30, 14, and 3 days before it expires.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get full access to InspectorBinder for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. If you want to continue after the trial, you can add your payment details then.
- Is there SMS?
